For those not familiar with Hudson, New York, it is located on the Hudson River about two hours north of Manhattan. A once thriving river town, it went through a difficult time for a few decades. With direct train service to Manhattan, it has become a favorite day trip and weekend destination. It's great fun to walk the streets and shop and eat at great restaurants.
